Delivery: A delivery fee applies to every item delivered. Kindly provide us with a daytime address and phone number of recipient. If package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address or if recipient refuses to accept parcel, the purchase price will be refunded to your credit card, minus the shipping or delivery fee plus a 15% restocking fee.

We offer Ground Courier/Canada Post shipping across Canada. Shipping is available Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Ontario - Please allow 1-3 business days. Rest of Canada- Please allow 5-7 business days. The exact cost of delivery will be determined at the time of shipping. It is calculated by destination, weight and size of package.

POLICIES: PRESENTATION OF GIFT Barbara's Baskets of Wishes reserves the right to substitute any products contained in the basket or the basket/container themselves due to unavailability. It will be a product of equal or greater value. We strive for your satisfaction. All of our baskets come complete with either cello or shrink wrap, ribbons and bows. You many enclose your personal message or bring in your own special item to be tucked inside. During our busy Christmas season, we encourage you to place your orders as soon as possible in order to ensure prompt and timely delivery as well as adequate selection. We don't want you to be disappointed. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Due to health and safety reasons, gift baskets containing food products cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift baskets that do not contain food products, may be returned/exchanged only by the original purchaser.
